Breakfast Meal Prep Recipes

Ham, Egg, and Cheese Frozen Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:
● 1 (11 oz) container Hillshire Farm Premium Carved Slow Roasted Seasoned
Ham, chopped.
● 14 large eggs
● ¼ cup of milk
● ½ teaspoon salt
● ¼ teaspoon black pepper
● 2 tablespoons butter
● 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
● 12 (10- 12 inch) flour tortillas that are at room temperature
Instructions:
1. Cook the ham until brown. Set it aside to cool down.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
3. Add the butter to a pan on low to medium heat and cook the eggs in that pan. Set
the eggs aside to cool, then fold in the browned ham.
4. Tear 12 squares of aluminum foil to use to wrap the burritos in.
5. Place a tortilla on top of one piece of foil.
6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese on the tortilla
7. Then add ½ cup of the eggs with ham on top of the cheese.
8. Roll the burrito by folding the sides in and rolling it tight. Wrap the foil around the
burrito.
9. Freeze the burritos as singles, then add to a freezer bag after they have been
frozen once.
How to warm up your frozen burrito:
Unwrap the burrito and place it on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 4-6 minutes or
until it’s the temperature you prefer. Turn it once mid way through the time. Or you can
place the wrapped burrito on a sheet pan in the oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

Breakfast Egg Muffins (So many different ways you can make these)

Ingredients
● 12 Large Eggs
● Bacon, or sausage (Whatever meat you like) chopped
● Shredded Cheese
● You can add any veggies you like too
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Grease your muffin pan
3. In a large bowl mix together your eggs, meat, and veggies you choose.
4. Add the egg mixture to the muffin cups, filling them about ¾.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes.
7. Put in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to five days or freeze
them.
To reheat them: Put them in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Overnight Oats (So many different ways you can make these)

Ingredients
● ½ – 1 cup milk
● 1 cup oats
● Layer whatever other ingredients you want (strawberries, blueberries, bananas.
● Syrup if you want
Directions
1. Mix your milk and oats together
2. Layer whatever other ingredients you want or you mix it all together
3. Seal the mason jar and let chill overnight
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Oats
● 1 cup quaker oats
● ½ cup milk
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● 4 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
● 4 Tablespoon of maple syrup
● ½ cup cashew cream
● ½ ripe banana
● Let sit overnight in the mason jar
Salted Caramel Delight
● 1 cup quaker oats
● 4 tablespoons caramel
● ¼ cup of cold coffee
● ½ cup of milk
● Pinch of sea salt
● 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
● 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
● ¼ cup dates chopped (optional)
Delicious Berry Oats
● ½ cup oats
● ½ cup milk
● ½ chia seeds
● Blueberries
● Raspberries
● Strawberries
● 1 teaspoon of honey
